Management Team

Mark A. Cottone, President --- In addition to serving as President of Legacy Power Conversion, Mr. Cottone is the President and member of the board of directors of DC Industries, a design and distribution company specializing in electronic components. He has also owned Cougar Package Designers since 1988, the same year he founded DC Industries. In 2004, Mr. Cottone founded DC Technologies for the sole purpose of developing and distributing self-service kiosk equipment.

Glenn Priest, Product and Service Manager --- Possessing over twenty years of Power Quality and Industrial Automation experience, Mr. Priest brings Legacy Power Conversion extensive project management and product development expertise. Working at SoftSwitching Technologies, Mr. Priest developed and oversaw an entire service organization as well as provided the planning necessary for rapid growth. Prior, Mr. Priest supported the Ferrups, Unity, Patriot, 9330, and Silcon three phase products at Best Power and Powerware. Mr. Priest received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from Herzing Institute of Technology in Madison, WI.
